It’s very accturate indeed. What you forget to mention though, is that it’s pretty much exactly the same the other way around. :)

The way I see it it’s kinda like a natural reaction: when somebody speaks negatively about the race, ethnicity, social group, culture, nationality or whatever it is that you belong to, most people DO take it personally. If someone writes something along the lines of: “oh you stupid black people” or “black people always [you name it]”, naturally if you are a black person and reading that, you CAN get upset. Right? So if I as a white person read a message that goes like: “oh you stupid white people this and you stupid white people that”, is it weird that I, as a white person, dislike that, react to that, or disagree with that?

Call me racist if you want, but it’s just a natural reaction. People get upset over silly things, especially when they are directed at them. Is that weird? If you think it’s weird, just STFU and place yourself in someone else’s shoes for one minute. It’s not that fucking hard and you do yourself and the society you live in a big favour.
